The Service may access third-party services to function effectively.
Aidenn is owned by Trade Innovations (Data Services) Ltd. and is licensed "as is" to Help me Fix Ltd. All intellectual property rights in Aidenn, including any AI-generated outputs, remain with Trade Innovations (Data Services) Ltd. and its licensors.
You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for any actions taken based on the advice or information provided by Aidenn. This includes verifying the suitability and accuracy of any recommendations before acting on them.
Help me Fix Ltd. is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use Aidenn, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, loss of profits, or property damage. The information provided by Aidenn should not replace professional advice, and Help me Fix Ltd. is not responsible for any outcomes based on such information. The liability of Trade Innovations (Data Services) Ltd. is limited as per clause 24 of these terms and conditions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Help me Fix Ltd. expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Help me Fix Ltd. from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Aidenn, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Help me Fix Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Aidenn or any part of the Service with or without notice. Users agree that Help me Fix Ltd. shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Help me Fix Ltd. encourages Users to provide feedback on Aidenn. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved amicably between the parties, failing which the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
Aidenn is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this information.
Aidenn, as an AI-driven service, provides advice and information to assist in diagnosing and resolving issues. Trade Innovations Ltd. maintains a professional indemnity insurance policy to cover the advice given by Aidenn.
While this insurance is in place, users must recognise that Aidenn is an AI product, and the advice provided should be considered a supplementary tool. Users are responsible for exercising their own professional judgment and conducting appropriate due diligence when relying on the information provided by Aidenn. Help me Fix Ltd. strongly recommends that users verify the advice in the context of their specific circumstances or consult with a qualified professional where necessary.
By using Aidenn, you acknowledge and agree that while the advice given is insured, the responsibility for the application and use of this information ultimately resides with you.
25. WhatsApp Communication
Consent to Contact
By providing your phone number and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to receive communications from us via WhatsApp. This may include notifications, updates, promotional content, and customer service messages.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving communications via WhatsApp at any time by contacting our customer service or by sending a message with the word “STOP” to our WhatsApp number. Upon opting out, we will cease to send you messages via WhatsApp, except for essential communications regarding your account or services.
Message Frequency
The frequency of WhatsApp communications will vary depending on your interaction with our services. We will not send more than 3 messages per week unless you have ongoing issues that require continuous communication.
Data Charges
Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile service provider may apply to communications sent via WhatsApp. You are responsible for any such charges.
Privacy
All communications via WhatsApp are subject to our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of the information shared via WhatsApp. However, WhatsApp is a third-party service, and we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of your communications. Aidenn offers a variety of "Skills," some of which may rely on third-party data sources or integrations (the "Add-Ons") to enhance its functionality. These Skills include, but are not limited to, providing property information, weather updates, EPC data, and access to the National Housing Federation's M3 Schedule of Rates.
While Aidenn strives to ensure that the data provided through these third-party Add-Ons is accurate and up-to-date, Help me Fix Ltd. cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party data accessed via Aidenn. The inclusion of any Add-On does not imply an endorsement of the data or services provided by third parties.
Users are responsible for independently verifying any third-party data or information provided through Aidenn’s Skills before relying on it for decision-making or any other purpose. Help me Fix Ltd. disclaims any liability arising from errors or omissions in third-party data accessed through Aidenn.
